The input and output cables are switched around the wrong way. Power is on the output and should be on the input.
The solenoid is being pulsed with the supply voltage but is not receiving the hold voltage. The hold voltage should be approximately 4.5v. If you are not getting 4.5v after the initial pulse then the 600-GDL will need to be replaced.
The RG59U is used for TV’s & SAT NAV’s. If the RG59U were stranded, the stranding of the wire would fold at the time of insertion. After tinning wire the stranding become very soft. In the application of TV & SAT NAV’s, the wire needs to be very strong.
Yes, using a TS1 programming kit (TS1-PK) and downloading the BEP software from the BEP Site here the TS1 can be programmed to different tank configurations.
This can happen when your sender is not set up for the correct gauge. You will need to connect the sender to the TS1-PK and reprogram the sender output(e.g. 10-180 ohm setting will make a Teleflex or Faria gauge read opposite. 240-33 ohm will make a VDO gauge read opposite).
We no longer offer “deluxe” straight blades, since a curved blade will work just as well on a flat windshield as it does on a curved one. There no longer is a need for two different style blades since one can handle both jobs.
